中国中央电视台世界地理频道是中央电视台的纪录片数字付费频道，主要播出美国国家地理频道、英国BBC和中央电视台摄制的纪录片，内容涵盖历史、科学、地理、自然、军事、文化。



2020年1月1日4:00，本频道与央视其余12套付费频道的高清版本正式上星播出；标清版本至同年4月1日4:00停播。



World Geographic Channel of China Central Television is a documentary digital payment channel of CCTV, which mainly broadcasts documentary films produced by National Geographic Channel of the United States, BBC and CCTV, covering history, science, geography, nature, military and culture.



At 4:00 on January 1, 2020, the HD version of this channel and the other 12 sets of CCTV pay channels will be officially broadcast on the satellite; the SD version will be suspended until 4:00 on April 1 of the same year.
